  • Stay ahead of market shifts, regularly monitoring competitive activity and industry trends to inform decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain documentation and communication flows, ensuring teams remain aligned on timelines, milestones, and expectations throughout the development and launch lifecycle.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or go-to-market strategy, preferably in mobile gaming or apps.
  • Proven track record of influencing product direction through market and player insights.
  • Hands-on experience managing UA campaigns and analyzing performance metrics across platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward experimentation and growth metrics.
  • Deep understanding of creative testing, audience targeting, and optimizing player acquisition funnels.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a deep passion for games and a drive to launch the next breakout hit.
  • A self-starter mindset with the bold ambition to build the next breakout mobile hit.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with an entrepreneurial spirit.
