Job Description

Come join the Analytics team at Zynga that makes an impact across all of the company’s games! We focus on providing analytics services and product development that drive the underlying gameplay experience. We’re looking for exceptional future leaders with a passion for analytics and the ability to work with a diverse team.  

As a member of the Zynga Socialpoint Analytcis team, you will be responsible for working with the  embedded Game Analytics teams across the portfolio and bridge conversation and projects across studio stakeholders. You will be the voice of Game Analytics in product decisions and facilitate cross team and cross studio initiatives. As you grow in the role, you will likely own additional products and services.

 

What this mission will ask of you:

• Be a trusted advisor for customers Game studios; build and maintain excellent customer relationships. Gather customer insights and feedback and infuse the learning back into the organization and product area roadmap, ensuring effective product launches and differentiated features.
• Define our product vision by understanding our players’ needs. Partner closely with Product and Analytics leaders on game teams to create feedback loops for continuous improvements and identify patterns of need across Zynga and our wider player base.
• Sound product judgment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals.
• Create product demos and presentations for prospective customers.
• Be responsible for all Go-to-Market coordination.
• Evangelize our offerings. Get commitments from internal customers and achieve roadmap alignment. Articulate the value of each service in our portfolio and help our customer teams understand how we can help solve their problems.
• Collaborate closely with other analytics leaders across disciplines and global locations to drive best practices and positive team culture.

 

To join our Guild you'll need: 

• 4+ years of game analytics or product management experience in social tech, games, mobile or consumer web applications
• Strong project management skills
• Sound product judgment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals.
• Ability to balance player, partner, and business interests while considering technical integration tradeoffs.
• Extensive experience with data analytics
• Outstanding written/oral and organizational skills
• A driven self-starter with attention to detail and a dedicated team player
• Experience in start-up, consumer tech, or consulting is strongly preferred
• BA/BS degree; MBA or Computer Science preferred
