HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will work closely with our HR team to support various people operations and recruitment initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening and scheduling interviews,
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and provide support during the interview process.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and providing support to new hires.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide support for employee relations issues.
• Assist with employee data management, including entering new hires into HR systems and maintaining employee files.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, as assigned.
• Attend university career fairs and networking events to promote the company and identify potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
