As an Art Producer, you will play a key role in overseeing the artistic production of Dragon City, one of Socialpoint’s flagship titles. You will manage a highly experienced team of talented artists to ensure that the artistic quality is met. 

You will also collaborate with creative leads to determine resources and schedule needs, in order to deliver final assets on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with the Art Team to champion the artistic vision of the game.
  • Managing the artists in the team. Keeping track of their progress and professional goals.
  • Use and maintain the department pipeline, tools and reports to be as efficient as possible.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, Game Designers and other main stakeholders to develop new features.
  • Work closely with Project Leads to identify and address any potential issues that may impact the art production pipeline.
  • Work with Outsource Managers to review deliverables and to improve the production pipeline.
  • Conduct regular review of assets to ensure alignment with the project creative vision.
  • Hold regular meetings with project teams to update status, discuss forecasts, share information or resolve issues.
  • Keeping relevant documentation up to date.

 

 

To join our Guild you’ll need: 

 

  • Accredited experience in the gaming industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. 
  • A problem solver, Producer-oriented profile with a strong understanding of art fundamentals and mobile game development.
  • Capable of providing valuable input on art deliverables.
  • Artistic background is a big plus.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • High level of English, both written and spoken (English is our official language!) Spanish is also a big plus.
  • Able to build and update project schedules, supervising the progress of milestones and individual tasks.
  • Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and resources to produce 2D quality assets with tight deadlines.
  • Familiar with Lean and Agile techniques, especially Kanban boards and Gantt charts.
  • Highly organized, with outstanding attention to detail, process knowledge and ability to multitask.
  • Experienced with Google Docs, Slides and Sheets, Microsoft Office and Excel. Any other project-tracking and management/database software is welcome (Wrike is a great bonus).
