The role of all customer support professionals within Socialpoint is to make the bridge between the player and our game teams. Focused on the player experience, their goal is to provide our players with the best possible care, to both delight and entertain.

I feel like I'm surrounded by people who love what they do and have a lot of fun every day at work. Everyone is really friendly and made me feel at home from day one. At first, I was a little worried about moving abroad, but Social Point went out of their way to offer support and make it as easy as possible for me: I don't regret it for a second! There's so much to do in Barcelona that everyone will be able to find something they enjoy, and the weather makes living here a treat. I'm never going home!
