As a receptionist you will be in charge of the office daily operations, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and quality, contributing to our office's welfare. Some of the main responsibilities are:
- Good Communication skills (written and verbal).
- Accurate and an eye for detail.
- Very service oriented.
- Excellent multi-tasking and organization skills.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
2-3 years' experience in a similar position and industry/sector.
Advanced English & Spanish.
High level of Microsoft Office and "Gmail/drive" knowledge.
