If you would like to participate on our blog, you must accept the following rules:

It is totally prohibited to publish any promotions and links of commercial offers, advertising, promotional material, chain letters or any indirect or indirect promotional activity or any other type of comment that does not fit with the normal development of the topics of the blog.

3. The user must respect the rest of the other users. The user must be tolerant and respectful with the messages and opinions of the other users. Any messages considered to abuse the rights of third parties or which pose a threat to the peaceful development of the blog, may be removed.

4. SOCIAL POINT, S.L. reserves the right to copy, modify or disseminate messages published on blogs from the website, in accordance with the terms and means convenient, without owing the user any type of compensation.

5. SOCIAL POINT, S.L. is not responsible for that published on the blog of the website, nor does it guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of any information published on them. The user remains responsible for the messages and information that it posts.

6. SOCIAL POINT, S.L. does not guarantee the availability or the continuity of the website’s blog service, and may modify it, suspend it or eliminate it without prior warning, at any time.

7. SOCIAL POINT, S.L. garantiza en todo caso al usuario el ejercicio de los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación, información y oposición, en los términos dispuestos en la legislación vigente. NORMAS DE COMPORTAMIENTO DEL BLOG

Si quieres participar en nuestro blog, tendrás que aceptar estas reglas:

1.- Responsabilidad del Usuario. Al participar en el blog de la web eres el único responsable de los mensajes que difundas a través del mismo, garantizando a SOCIAL POINT, S.L., la total indemnidad frente cualquier reclamación que pudiera planteársele por tales conceptos.

2. El usuario deberá, antes de publicar un mensaje, elegir el blog apropiado. Aquellos mensajes que no se ajusten a la temática del blog podrán ser eliminados. Está totalmente prohibido publicar promociones y enlaces de ofertas comerciales, publicidad, material promocional, cartas cadena ni cualquier actividad promocional directa o indirecta o cualquier otro tipo de comentario que no se ajuste al normal desarrollo de los temas del blog.

3. El usuario deberá respetar al resto de usuarios. El usuario debe ser tolerante y respetuoso con los mensajes y opiniones de los demás usuarios. Se podrán suprimir aquellos mensajes que puedan ser considerados lesivos contra los derechos de terceros o que atenten contra el desarrollo pacífico del blog.

4. SOCIAL POINT, S.L., se reserva el derecho de reproducir, modificar, o difundir los mensajes publicados en los blogs de la web conforme a los términos y medios convenientes sin que por ello corresponda al usuario ningún tipo de compensación.

5. SOCIAL POINT, S.L., no es responsable de lo publicado en el blog de la web ni garantiza la veracidad o exactitud de ninguna información publicada en los mismos. Corresponde al usuario remitente de los mensajes o informaciones la responsabilidad sobre su contenido.

6. SOCIAL POINT, S.L. no garantiza la disponibilidad ni continuidad del servicio de blog de la web, pudiendo modificarlo, suspenderlo o eliminarlo sin previo aviso, en cualquier momento.

7. En el caso de que un usuario pueda verse afectado por actuaciones ilegales, o detecte un mal uso del blog de la web por parte de otros usuarios, podrá ponerlo en conocimiento de SOCIAL POINT, S.L., a través del correo electrónico info@socialpoint.es, indicando en la referencia del asunto “moderación del blog”, para que SOCIAL POINT, S.L. pueda moderar o eliminar los mismos.

8. El usuario mantendrá indemne a SOCIAL POINT, S.L. frente a cualquier reclamación que pudiera presentársele por los mensajes que el usuario haya difundido en el blog o por cualquier otra conducta vinculada o derivada de la utilización por el usuario del blog de la web.

El registro en el foro de SOCIAL POINT COMMUNITY FORUMS es gratuito, pero para ello antes hay que aceptar unas Normas de Uso básicas y sencillas, las cuales se enumeran a continuación:

La publicación en el foro de las mismas, no implica el reconocimiento de http://forums.socialpointgames.com de la información como cierta ni tampoco su aprobación, conformidad o apoyo. Las opiniones vertidas reflejan únicamente la opinión personal o punto de vista de sus autores.

La responsabilidad de la información proporcionada, opiniones y, en definitiva, del texto íntegro de los mensajes escritos por un usuario, es exclusiva de dicho usuario, a todos los efectos.

No se permite la publicación de mensajes que contengan información falsa y/o que difamen a alguna persona o entidad. Tampoco mensajes con contenido pornográfico o de carácter inapropiado para personas menores de edad. Expulsión del foro

En el caso de que los moderadores detectaran que un usuario incumple las normas, cuentan con la autorización para la amonestación y advertencia mediante el sistema de infracciones.
En el caso de que fuera necesario podrán proceder a la expulsión del usuario del foro, si así lo consideraran oportuno, o si la gravedad de sus acciones o su situación de reincidencia en el incumplimiento de las normas lo requiriera.

Los moderadores pueden contemplar la eliminación de las infracciones de un usuario, si pasado un tiempo el comportamiento en el foro del usuario ha demostrado un cambio de actitud positivo.

Como usuario se puede estar en desacuerdo con alguna de estas normas, pero está bien claro que eso no da la libertad para infringirlas. Mensajes creados por miembros expulsados del foro
